How 4K delivery works

Account data: Retained while active and for 2 years after closure.
Generated images: Retained for 90 days; please download before then.
Payment records: Retained for 7 years (HMRC requirement).
Support correspondence: Retained for 12 months from resolution.
Technical logs: Retained for 90 days.

LayerShot creates your standard render first, then prepares the 4K version as an extra step.

4K can take longer

4K delivery goes through extra processing, so it can take several minutes longer than a normal render.

It may wait in a queue first

Sometimes 4K delivery starts straight away. Other times it may sit in a queue before processing begins.

A standard render can still succeed

In some cases your normal render will complete successfully, but the 4K version may not finish. If that happens, you can retry 4K delivery from Render History when available.

No need to keep clicking

Once 4K delivery is running, LayerShot keeps checking the result for you automatically.
